From boutique dinners with your closest people to full celebrations with exclusive estate use, our bespoke experiences provide the setting, flexibility & support you need to create a day that truly reflects you. Each of our estate wedding packages includes:
Exclusive access to multiple stunning indoor and outdoor spaces
Use of property for photography
Use of the the Commons and Overwater Pavilion (overwater experience)
Use of the the Commons, Overwater Pavilion, Assembly and Sunken Garden (exclusive experience) allowing you to tailor your day to your needs
Tables and chairs for ceremonies and reception (up to 100 guests, additional can be hired)
12 metal ceremony chairs, signing table and chairs
Bar tables and stools for use in cocktail hour
Use of the commercial kitchen
Exclusive 2-night accommodation at The Villa and 4 x Boathouses (accommodation up to 12 guests)
3 day venue access for set up, event day and pack down
Freedom to choose your own styling and catering partners
Two nights of exclusive use of our Boathouses is included in our packages.

Our overwater retreat offers an unforgettable stay for up to six couples, gracefully set above a serene lotus lake.
The Villa features two indulgent king suites, each with its own private bathroom, while the four Boathouses each offer a king suite and ensuite, combining tranquillity and sophistication in perfect harmony.
Estate Wedding Investment
Exclusive use of the entire property - gardens, lawns, ceremony spaces, indoor reception spaces and accommodation. Accommodation is valid for the eve and wedding day (12 guests).

We are honoured to work with highly skilled and passionate professionals with expertise in the hospitality and catering industry.
Our preferred caterers have extensive experience of delivering functions for our couples on our estate and are adept at developing bespoke packages to cater for individual tastes and dietary requirements. They will create and deliver a truly unforgettable dining experience for you and your guests.
